Working for the man
On Wednesdays we have tea.
I applied for a promotion/sideways different job last week. I will be very happy if I get it. I am not sure if I will be happy if I don't.
We are currently at the "we have received your application and will get back to you" stage.

That tea party looks as if all the best china got taken out into the garden and everybody got into their best dresses. I'm sure a fine time was had by all. Wish I wuz there!
